Bioonn Bras offers 100% guarantee with free returns and exchanges up to 90 days after purchase EXCLUDING sales items (1 – 3) and International sales outside of the US. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
For returns, please send to Factory No. 2, South Side of Chuangda Road, Dongyanggou, Huaguang Neighborhood Committee, Gurao Town, Chaoyang District, Shantou City.
Refunds will be processed in a timely manner. If not, please contact us at service@bioonnbras.us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
